HeartfulCraft will manufacture, issue invoices, receive buyer payments and undertake export documentation.

Yes. We can manufacture custom designs, apply your brand tags, and provide export-ready retail packaging. Customisation may include size, colour, motif, finish, assortment or packaging, depending on the product and order quantity.

All payments are held in a secure escrow system. Funds are only released to the manufacturer when production milestones are met and our team signs off on the final quality inspection.

Lead time varies by product, quantity, customisation and season. It begins after required approvals and payment conditions are completed.

Yes. Small variations in colour, pattern, grain, glaze, texture, stitching or dimension are normal in many handmade processes. Approved tolerances should be agreed.

We perform 100% physical Quality Assurance (QA) before any shipment leaves the factory. Our local agents inspect materials, dimensions, and finishes against your approved sample. If it fails QA, it doesn't ship.

No. GI status applies only to eligible products associated with a registered geographical indication. It is communicated where relevant and supportable.

Packaging is planned by product and shipment method. It may include individual protection, inner boxes, master cartons, void fill, moisture protection and shipping marks.

We provide end-to-end logistics (DDP or FOB). We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding directly to your warehouse in the US, UK, EU, or Australia.

We welcome enquiries from North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and selected Asian markets, subject to product and destination feasibility.
