HeartfulCraft LLC is the manufacturer and exporter of record for applicable products. Swadesh Exports is authorised to market, promote, source, coordinate, or sell applicable products only where these activities are specifically stated in the applicable MOU. Manufacturing, invoicing, receipt of payment, and export documentation responsibilities are confirmed by the exporter of record.

Payment terms are confirmed for each order in the quotation, proforma invoice, or other applicable commercial documents. The payment method, currency, payment schedule, and beneficiary details will be communicated in writing before the buyer makes payment.

Quality checks are coordinated against approved samples, written specifications, and agreed inspection points. The inspection scope, acceptance criteria, and responsible party are confirmed for the applicable product and order.

Shipping and freight coordination can be arranged according to the requirements of the order. The applicable Incoterm, destination, freight arrangement, documentation, and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and transaction-specific commercial documents.

No. Buyers can coordinate product selection, samples, specifications, approvals, quality requirements, and shipment planning remotely with Swadesh Exports and the applicable manufacturing or export partner.
