Yes. Small variations in colour, pattern, grain, glaze,
texture, stitching or dimension are normal in many handmade
processes. Approved tolerances should be agreed.
We perform 100% physical Quality Assurance (QA) before any
shipment leaves the factory. Our local agents inspect
materials, dimensions, and finishes against your approved
sample. If it fails QA, it doesn't ship.
No. GI status applies only to eligible products associated
with a registered geographical indication. It is communicated
where relevant and supportable.
Packaging is planned by product and shipment method. It may
include individual protection, inner boxes, master cartons,
void fill, moisture protection and shipping marks.

export documentation, customs clearance, and freight
forwarding directly to your warehouse in the US, UK, EU,
