Quality is easier to manage when the product, tolerance, finish, packaging and intended use are clearly defined before production. Our approach is to align information, approvals and checks with the actual category and destination.
Raw materials, craft, dimensions, finish, function and packaging are confirmed as clearly as possible.
An approved sample or documented reference becomes the comparison point for production.
Checks may be planned before, during or after production, depending on the product and requirement.
Quality checks are coordinated against approved samples, specifications and agreed inspection points. The inspection scope, responsibility and records are confirmed according to the applicable product and transaction.
A Geographical Indication applies to eligible products associated with a recognised place and production tradition. It does not automatically apply to every item in a broad craft category or to the sourcing company itself.
Where a buyer requires a GI-related claim, we will seek relevant supplier and product information and communicate what can be supported.
Labeling, packaging and documentation requirements differ by product and country. Buyers should share known requirements at the enquiry stage.
A product that leaves the factory in good condition can still fail if packaging is inadequate. We therefore treat packaging as part of order planning and quality management.
